Practice with me
There are two places to find me. I teach live and post guided meditations on Insight Timer, and I put full-length yoga classes on YouTube. Both are free. Which one you want depends on whether you’d rather be in a room with other people or press play on your own time.
A note on practising online: Always listen to your body first. If something I say doesn't feel right for you, please don't do it. Move at a pace that suits you, skip anything that doesn't serve you, and rest whenever you want to.

Live classes and guided meditations
Insight Timer is where I teach live. You don’t need a subscription to practise with me, and a free account gets you the live sessions plus everything I’ve recorded there: guided meditations, Yoga Nidra for deep rest and for sleep, and short practices you can use in the middle of a workday.
Live is the closest thing to being in class with me. Nobody sees you, there’s no camera on your side, and you can ask questions.
Try a free guided meditation
I'm trained in mindfulness meditation and Yoga Nidra, and I teach a range of both. Some of these are short and practical, the kind of thing that steadies you in the middle of a workday. Others are longer and slower, meant for deep rest or for sleep. Start with whichever one matches the day you're having.
Yoga classes on YouTube
If you’d rather practise on your own schedule, the classes on YouTube are the place to start. Full length, nothing edited down, the same pace I teach live. Come back to any of them as often as you want.
