On Saturday October 3 I'm riding 50 kilometres in the BMO Ride for Cancer, and all the donations I get on Insight Timer between April and the ride are going with me.

I've always loved the sea. I moved to Nova Scotia to be near the Atlantic Ocean. Picking a name for this site was not a difficult decision.
